In line with the government guidelines we have put together a code of conduct to ensure that as we re-open we are doing so safely for both our customers and our staff.
Please be aware that:
We ask that any customers who are displaying Covid-19 symptoms remain home and do not attend the venue.
All customers will be required to sanitise their hands, on arrival and throughout their stay.
All customers must register their name and phone number/email which will be kept for track and trace for 21 days.
We ask that our customers check and adhere to the government guidelines in terms of table bookings.
Customers will not be allowed to gather at the bar therefore we strongly recommend booking a table, even if only attending the pub for drinks.
During these unusual times we ask that customers arrive promptly for their booking and will be sat immediately by a member of our staff.
Please do not change the table layout as we have arranged these according to the guidelines and in order to ensure social distancing. If you do require a change, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to help where possible.
We ask that our customers remain seated at their allocated table unless using the facilities in order to minimise contact.
When using the toilet facilities please be mindful of the one metre distancing rule. No queuing outside toilet doors will be permitted.
Where possible please maintain the one metre rule when moving through the pub.
Our staff will be following a strict and regular sanitising routine.
